If you have an older kid or teen who is interested in building things, science, electronics, or the link, you need to look into getting a Circuit Scribe Kit! This kit actually allows you to physically draw working circuits onto paper! This kit allows you to make at least 6 different working circuits.

The way it works is by using an actual conductive ink pen. This pen allows you to draw metal circuits directly onto a special paper to design your own circuits! Who needs wires, when you can just doodle something onto paper?! The conductive pen uses silver ink, and is totally non-toxic. It doesn’t give off any weird smells, so you don’t have to worry about stinking up the room!

This kit lets you connect LEDs, use a capacitor to fade them from on to off, and anywhere in between, and make a paper touch sensor! The instructional booklet makes it easy to learn and design these creative elements all on your own.

Let’s see what the kids had to say:

This would be perfect for 4-7th graders

Very sturdy and easy to use

Confusing at first, but then we read the instructions.

Fun and interesting! I can’t wait to use it again

I can learn measurement and how batteries work

This is good for both group activities and individual work

We learned how to make sounds with this

so cool! You can use the “specil” pen on black paper and “conect” the circuits to move.

Easily allow your creative juices to flow with this kit. Follow the suggestions on the kit, or if you’re experienced, feel free to experiment with your own creations! The sky is the limit when it comes to imagining what you can draw and design with the Circuit Scribe!
