August 26th – 30th, from 7:30am to 5:30pm
Sarah is the kiddo who started with the University of Wisconsin at the age of 9 and is now a Silver Award Girl Scout who is first aid and babysitter qualified. She is a published author who has even spoken to High School Students about writing…and partnered with places like Discovery World in Milwaukee.
She will take 5 kids (ages 7-10) for a week and fill their day with fun hands on STEM activities and brain breaks…
Here is a sample day:
7:30-8:30 Get to know you activities
830-9:30 Stem Stuff – making sidewalk chalk from scratch
9:30-10:30 People Study – Einstein
10:30-11:30 – 1-2 items from https://sarahlyngay.com/25-spring-science-experiments-for-kids/
11:30-12:30 Lunch (everyone brings their own)
12:30-2 Park time (playroom if raining)
2-2:30 – edible STEM challenge: – cookie moon phases, after face oreo challenge, Start lollipop layers soaking for Wednesday
2:30-4:00 big STEM activity – TyeDye T-shirts, we supply shirts
4:00-4:30 Harry Potter Hedwig craft
4:30-5:30 Make poetry book and learn Haiku
$200 for the week, per kiddo and all supplies are included – except lunch. We will need to know allergies, T-shirt size, and have a transport permission slip for the Friday Zoo Field trip.

**Note: There is a fully vetted adult on hand for extra supervision – Sarah’s mom is a Girl Scout Leader/School volunteer who maintains background checks for both to keep in status. She is also a former Badgerland Council Girl Scout Board Delegate and currently serves on their Madison Area Leadership Team.
